Friday, September 20, 2019
6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The South Howard Street Bridge (orange bridge) is located on the south end of Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane, Washington. Please access the event at the south entrance to the bridge, located near the Looff Carrousel. Follow event signage, which will direct you to event check-in.
Event tickets are $135 per person/$115 for active WCFR volunteers. You will be greeted with champagne and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a spectacular multi-course gourmet dinner and regional wines and beer.
Table arrangements will be King's Table style seating (long communal tables of 24). All seats will be pre-assigned, and groups will be seated together. Please inform us of groupings.
For Your Comfort
Dinner on the Bridge is an outdoor event located on a paved surface. Some walking will be required over level surfaces (no hills or stairs). The event will be held under beautiful peaked tents. Restrooms are located next to the tents. September is typically a beautiful time of year in Spokane and we anticipate temperate weather.
Suggested attire: Dinner on the Bridge is a casual, denim-friendly event, designed with your comfort in mind. You may find that suits, ties, formal attire, and spiked heels are not suitable. Please dress comfortably and prepare for cooling temperatures.
Special Dietary Requirements
Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to offer attendees a vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy free or other special meal substitute.
No pets, infants or other guests under age 21. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
The Washington State Liquor Control Board requires that all attendees, regardless of age or intent to consume alcoholic beverages, show photo ID/proof of age in order to be admitted into the event area. Absolutely no exceptions.
